A market leader in multichannel communications is seeking an Outbound Solutions Architect to collaborate with various stakeholders and enhance their document and information services. Job Purpose
Support the overall vision of document & information services by collaborating with Senior Management, BDMs, CRMs, Product Managers, and stakeholders to understand client and market requirements. Assist in creating, managing, and developing the overarching solutions strategy to meet these requirements.
This role focuses on 'Comms Out' services, including transactional print and mail, print management, digital services, data services, and marketing services.
It also involves developing the tools, processes, and services needed to meet market needs and achieve financial objectives such as revenue and contribution.
Outbound Solutions Architect Principal Accountabilities
This role requires experience in delivery, document management solutions, and business analysis, including Business Process Re-engineering. Candidates should have the ability to evaluate, develop, and deploy imaging solutions, with strong technical skills to specify requirements to developers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to convey complex ideas simply. Planning, organization, and attention to detail are critical, as multiple projects will be managed simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio and Project, is essential.
Qualifications include a degree or equivalent, and/or a professional Business Analysis qualification such as ISEB. Familiarity with document composition tools (e.g., GMC PrintNet, Aspire, Doc1), print production workflows, DSA/Mailsort tariffs, ECM, EDRM, EDM technologies, document capture technologies, and experience in health, financial services, insurance, or local government markets are desirable. Experience in transitioning diverse data/document portfolios within a BPO environment and understanding secure data handling are also important.
