OTE: £35,000+ | Uncapped Commission | Fully Remote

Fade Fitness is looking for a hungry, self-motivated sales rep to join our team. You’ll be on the front lines — taking leads from interest to sale through outbound calls, consultative sales conversations, and follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on performance, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Call leads and conduct outbound sales consults
• Qualify prospects and guide them to a buying decision
• Track all conversations and pipeline activity
• Hit daily outreach targets and monthly sales goals
• Access to a phone and computer with stable internet
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections
• Experience in B2C sales or high-ticket selling
• Self-driven, competitive, and motivated by results
• This is a commission-only role with On-Target Earnings of £35,000+
• Uncapped commission structure — the more you sell, the more you earn
