Job summary

London Fire Solutions, based at our Gillingham head office, is expanding its sales team with a Business Development Executive role. You will contact housing associations, councils and contractors, discover who makes decisions on fire safety, and book meetings for our senior team. Full training on fire doors and passive fire protection is provided.

The position is office-based, Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5pm, with a basic salary £26,000–£30,000 plus a monthly bonus. Realistic OTE around £40,000.

Qualifications

• Phone-based sales or lead generation experience.
• Confident, persistent and resilient to rejection.
• Organised with accurate record-keeping.
• Construction or social housing experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Keen to learn and grow into a bigger sales role.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and emails to housing providers, local authorities and contractors.
• Find contacts such as asset managers and building safety leads.
• Identify upcoming work, timelines and who decides.
• Book meetings and site visits for the senior team.
• Follow up leads from website and events.
• Log every call and outcome in HubSpot.
