Our client is a specialist company providing important services to their clients. They have grown rapidly since 2015 and are now looking to recruit new members of staff for their Outbound Sales team.
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and one late shift 12:00 - 20:00, which will include occasional Saturdays in return for a day in lieu.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers who have recently enquired through various marketing channels.
- Achieve department sales conversion targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Conduct sale calls in line with the company's process and FCA regulations.
Key Skills Required:
- Communication: Possess a professional telephone manner with proven experience. Excellent listening and communication skills to answer customer questions and deliver outstanding customer care, especially considering some customers may be vulnerable.
- Productivity: Be results-driven with the ability to meet KPIs related to production, quality, and customer service.
- Accuracy: Ability to record information accurately and adhere to processes and procedures in a methodical and compliant manner.
- IT Skills: Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.
- Customer Champion: Act in a manner that ensures the customer receives a positive experience of the company.
