Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to homeowners and landlords regarding funded renewable energy schemes (ECO4, GBIS, etc.).
- Identify customer eligibility and explain available grants and benefits.
- Generate and qualify leads to book appointments for our field team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent Alpha Solar professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call centre work (energy or home improvement sector preferred).
- Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong motivation to meet targets and deliver results.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and team player mentality.
- Basic IT and CRM system knowledge.
