Job summary

Aldi UK is recruiting for a role in the National Supply Chain Outbound Logistics Supplier Management Team to shape Outbound Transportation and the deliveries to our Stores. You will manage relationships between Central Planning, Regional Execution and our 3PL partners supporting the outbound network to Stores.

You will help establish a centralised department for 3PL management and require exceptional stakeholder management, strong communication, and SAP TM experience, plus Excel skills and

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and cost focus.
• Experience in SAP TM.
• Knowledge of regional set up in GB/IE.
• Problem solving skills for identifying supply chain solutions.
• Creating automated solutions.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to proactively work towards challenging deadlines through multitasking and resilience.
• Experience in managing change whilst BAU activity is ongoing.
• Experience in SAP TM.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships between Central Planning, Regional Execution and 3PL partners to support the Outbound delivery network to Stores.
• Set up the centralised department responsible for managing 3PL relationships as processes are centralised from Regions.
• Communicate with Regional teams and 3rd Party Logistics Partners to ensure smooth operations.
