Job summary

Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics seeks experienced Insulation Engineers for outage works in Southampton. 38 hours/week, 10-hour days, 6 on/1 off from 28.09.2026. Paid under TICNA (£23.45/h + £2.27 IBA) with attendance caveats; travelling labour considered.

Ideal candidates hold a valid TICA Card or equivalent and preferably a CCNSG Safety Passport, plus site experience and ability to work to BS:5970:2012 and client procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid TICA Card or equivalent qualification.
• CCNSG Safety Passport is ideal.
• Previous site experience required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Altrad Health and Safety policy and ensure adherence by all workers.
• Communicate effectively and participate in pre-job briefings.
• Work safely within a team environment and understand risk assessments.
