An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Out of School Care Assistant to join their childcare team. This role involves supporting the Head Teacher in creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive through engaging activities. The ideal candidate will either hold a recognized qualification in Childcare or be committed to obtaining one. Location: Smithton Primary School, Inverness
Hours: 20 Hours Per Week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £12,234 - £13,401 (unqualified) £13,589 - £14,882 (qualified)
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.
Job Purpose: To work as an effective member of the childcare team, supporting the Head Teacher in the delivery of a range of stimulating activities in a safe environment that meet the needs of both children and their families. The work is to be carried out in accordance with Highland Council policies, guidelines and codes of practice.
