Our Out of Hours Service is a crucial part of our Adults Specialist Services, delivering care to people who need it urgently or those with longer-term conditions. We are recruiting Band 5 Community Nurses to help us deliver the best experience possible in our North Somerset Team.
As the South West's largest provider of community healthcare, our multi-disciplinary teams of nurses, therapists, clinicians, and support colleagues help people remain safe and live as independently as possible after injury, illness, or hospital admission. We take a holistic approach involving people in their care, enabling them to thrive in their homes and local communities.
