Are you a Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Allied Health Professional (AHP) with a passion for providing patient-centred care? We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team in delivering autonomous care in the clinical assessment, examination, and management of minor illness presentations. You will utilise telephone consultations and face-to-face contact to treat patients, developing advanced clinical skills in minor illness working alongside GPs and a multi-professional workforce. This role requires excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills, highly developed communication abilities, and a commitment to working flexibly within a dynamic environment. You will ensure the standardisation of practice, delivering safe and effective care to all within the service.
As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide hands-on and face-to-face consultations to assess, diagnose, signpost, and treat patients in a timely fashion. You are responsible for the delivery ofautonomous care in the clinical assessment, examination, and management ofminor injury and illness presentations, continually advancing the boundaries ofpractice of the service.
You will be a RN, Paramedic, orAHP with the skills to autonomously assess and treat patients within ourClinical Urgent Care bases using telephone consultations and face-to-facecontact. You will have excellent clinical assessment anddecision-making skills, along with a passion for providing patient-centred careand highly developed communication skills.
You will be joining an MDT who pridethemselves on their excellent team working and support of one another whilsttreating a diverse range of conditions. This will give you the opportunity todevelop advanced clinical skills in both minor injury and illness, with the mentorshipof our GPs and a multi-professional workforce.

These patients may have complex needs andpotentially numerous co-morbidities, including frailty. This post is a clinicalrole where hands-on and face-to-face consultations will be undertaken toclinically assess, diagnose, signpost, and treat in a timely fashion, workingin a multi-professional team.
