A leading Health and Social Care Charity seeks an Out of Hours Care Coordinator in Liverpool. The role involves providing customer support to service users and liaising with care professionals during evenings and weekends. Candidates must possess a Level 2 qualification in health and social care, have driving access, and preferably experience in a social care setting. HOURS: Part time & Full Time available
SALARY: £13.67 per hour

GENERAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
o Level 2 qualification health and social care or working towards.
o Must be a driver with access to own vehicle.
o Experience desirable in social care setting.
o Maintain accurate knowledge of relevant legislation where applicable.
o Understanding of and experience in working in accordance with CQC regulations.
o Ability to empower staff and delegate effectively, where appropriate.
o An effective decision maker, with direction as appropriate.

o Able to work unsociable hours.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
As a Care Coordinator (Out Of Hours), based in one of our offices, you will provide customer support to service users and care delivery staff during the evenings and weekends. For this post, you will be liaising with appropriate health & social care professionals to ensure the service is effective and responsive to service user needs during the out of hours periods. This will include care delivery in an on-call basis
