Overview

Infosys is seeking an OTT Content Developer. Primary responsibility will be to translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks. The chosen candidate will apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, gather accurate requirements and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and the scope of development. The role requires strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and make adjustments in a testing environment while contributing towards developing and adhering to best practices for developing applications that are scalable, relevant, and critical to the project.

Responsibilities

• Translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within existing application frameworks.
• Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Gather accurate requirements and work with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and development scope.
• Identify errors, adjust in a testing environment, and contribute to best practices for scalable and relevant applications.
• Monitor the Broadcast environment for Satellite and OTT Content delivery.
• Provide Problem Management support including postmortems, incident timeline reviews, and identification of opportunities and gaps.
• Deliver dashboard reports through ServiceNow, analyze incident volumes, MTTR, and other success criteria.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within the United States of America.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of experience.
• Experience monitoring the control of the Broadcast environment for Satellite and OTT Content delivery.
• Experience in Problem Management support, including postmortem participation, incident timeline reviews, identification of systematic issues/trends, and documentation for follow-ups.
• Delivery of dashboard reports through ServiceNow and related tools; ability to analyze incident volumes and MTTR.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience monitoring and controlling broadcast environments for OTT content delivery.
• Strong knowledge of incident management, monitoring alerts, triaging issues, and applying remediation.
• Ability to handle outage management and drive resolution of service disruptions.
• Experience managing and implementing change activities, including pre- and post-change validations.
• Ability to oversee escalation of incidents, ensuring timely resolution internally and externally.
• Proficiency in updating documentation and issue history in ServiceNow or similar systems.
• Experience in alert management, first-touch recovery, incident management, and service ownership for Open Video (OTT Stream) applications.

Additional Details

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to communicate by telephone, email or in person. Travel may be required as per job requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated annual compensation ranges vary by location:

• In CA / WA / NY / CO, IL, MN, NJ: $62,000 to $86,800
• In Washington, DC: $62,600 to $76,100
