THE ROLE:

In this role, you will form part of the Transport Team, which is part of the execution team. You will be based at our Depot in Gwent Park. You will communicate with internal and external customers on the daily delivery performance and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transport Department. You will work on a 4 ON 4 OFF Rota, and we are looking for both Days & Nights.

OFFICE BASED:

This role will be based at our site in Gwent Park.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan resources to match the business workload.
2. Produce daily Transport Planning department performance reports.
3. Track loads on the various TSP systems.
4. Update the TMS (Mandata) system.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Qualifications: Level 2 in English & Maths.

Experience: You will have experience of working in a logistics environment and be able to work collaboratively with drivers and the team, ensuring the smooth running of the department. Digital Tachograph knowledge is required. Competence in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Stock software programs) is essential. Previous experience of telematics is advantageous.

Communication: Show us that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with our colleagues and clients. You will engage and communicate with audiences made up of diverse backgrounds across all areas of EV Cargo.
