Do you have experience working within an Order to Delivery (OTD) and/or Customer Management role? Have you worked in a supervisory capacity, managing, supporting, coaching, and developing colleagues within a fast-moving business? If so, we’re looking for an OTD Team Leader to join our Demand to Delivery team at our Head Office in Birchwood Park, Warrington (WA3 6XG).

As OTD Team Leader, you’ll be accountable for ensuring your team of OTD Specialists deliver an excellent customer journey for all key internal and external stakeholders. Your remit will span all touchpoints from order receipt to communication of delivery/non-availability, working directly with customers and internal teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance. You will also be responsible for supporting, coaching, and developing your team to ensure a future succession plan for the overall OTD team.

You should have experience in a supervisory role or project management, delegating work, and motivating others. Customer-focused with high attention to detail, you’ll be able to analyze key data and use this to implement change, effectively communicating activities to the business and customers.

The position is based at our Head Office in Birchwood Park, Warrington (WA3 6XG), with hybrid working available (60% office, 40% home).
