Job Title: Intercompany Credit Controller

Team Overview:

Warner Music’s European Shares Service Centre supports our European Recorded Music and Publishing businesses with financial, tax, and administrative functions. Our UK Centre fosters entrepreneurial thinking and artist-focused innovation, offering cross-functional collaboration and development opportunities.

Your Role:

The OTC Intercompany Credit Controller manages credit control processes focusing on intercompany transactions, ensuring timely payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will develop process improvements to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Control Management: Manage collection of outstanding debts, ensure timely payments, and resolve queries.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations, identify and invoice recharges, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on debts and credit status, providing insights for process improvements.
  • Communication and Coordination: Liaise with departments and external auditors to ensure smooth transactions and compliance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain internal controls, update policies, and mitigate risks.
  • Support and Training: Train junior team members and develop training programs.
