Job Purpose
We're seeking a skilled OT Security Manager to lead and strengthen the security of United Utilities' extensive Operational Technology (OT) estate. You will head a dedicated team including internal experts and external partners to oversee security operations across a complex environment comprising 4,000 Remote Telemetry Units, 5,000 Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), 200 SCADA systems, and their supporting networks. This role requires a strong technical understanding of OT assets, including PLCs, SCADA, telemetry systems, and server infrastructure, as well as experience with threat detection, intrusion systems, and compliance with industry standards like the NIS Directive.
