Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess information security risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place across the business.
  • Provide security guidance within governance processes to ensure IT solutions are secure and compliant.
  • Collaborate with IT management teams to implement security best practices and appropriate technologies.
  • Work proactively to address future security risks, aligning strategies with emerging threats and trends.
  • Assess security vulnerabilities in projects, recommend protective measures, and advise teams on security configurations.

Skills/Must Have:

  • Advanced IT security certifications such as CISSP.
  • Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in Information Security at a management level, with a solid understanding of IT security controls.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry compliance standards, security principles, and risk management.
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing industries and OT security.
  • Expertise in IoT technologies, connected car security, and Agile development toolsets.
  • Specialist knowledge in Network Security, Cloud Security, and Application Security.
  • Familiarity with Information Security Auditing Techniques and collaborative security tools.
