Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Operational Technology Security Consultant to work on security-focused activities across OT environments for clients in energy, manufacturing and pharma sectors. The role is hybrid with work across company offices, client sites and from home, and requires successful pre-employment checks including SC clearance.

You will deliver risk assessments, policy development and hands-on OT security improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT environments with a focus on security across energy, manufacturing, chemicals, pharma and related sectors.
• Familiarity with OT network architecture, endpoint protection, governance and awareness initiatives.

About the job you’re consideringCapgemini’s Operational Technology (OT) Security team has been helping clients secure their OT environments for over 14 years. We provide consultancy and managed services that help organisations understand their current security posture, identify vulnerabilities, implement solutions, and maintain secure operations.This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping clients reduce risks in their OT environments. You’ll work alongside a supportive team and contribute to projects that span industries such as energy, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and more.Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including:identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)Your roleAs an Operational Technology Security Consultant, you’ll collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver security-focused activities across one or more of the following areas:Conducting site surveys to help clients identify systems in their OT environments (including offshore locations)Assessing systems and network security for compliance and best practice and performing risk assessmentsDeveloping OT security policies and procedures to support safe and resilient operationsPerforming audits and gap analyses to help clients maintain compliance and improve securityProviding practical advice and guidance to help clients address OT security challenges, act as trusted advisorProducing security artefacts for future use casesDelivery of OT training.You can bring your whole self to work.
