A leading company in Hampshire is seeking an experienced OT Project Manager for a 24-month FTC to lead critical infrastructure projects in a heavily regulated industry. This hybrid role requires managing OT systems and interfacing with regulatory bodies while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing OT or ICS projects.
• Strong understanding of SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, and industrial networking.
• Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks (e.g. Ofgem, HSE, NIS Directive).

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects within a heavily regulated industry. This role involves managing the delivery of OT systems, within a complex and busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver OT projects from inception to completion

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and field operations

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards (e.g. NIS, ISO 27001)

• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications

• Interface with regulatory bodies and internal governance teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing OT or ICS projects

• Strong understanding of SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, and industrial networking

• Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks (e.g. Ofgem, HSE, NIS Directive)

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

• Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP) and/or engineering
