Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, SC. This full-time, daytime role focuses on delivering client-centered therapy and contributing to a supportive care environment.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current state license, NBCOT certification, and at least 1 year of experience preferred.

• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
