Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced OT Integration and Portfolio Lead – F/M/X to drive the global OT manufacturing infrastructure portfolio and lead digital transformation initiatives across our manufacturing network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OT portfolio management, multi-site project leadership, and IT/OT integration. This is a strategic, high-responsibility role with global scope. This position is hybrid from Manchester.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of the global OT infrastructure roadmap, aligning business objectives with technical solutions.
  • Oversee and manage the OT manufacturing infrastructure portfolio, ensuring efficient deployment of upgrades and new technologies.
  • Establish and enforce governance processes for risk management, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, site managers, and technical experts to coordinate and drive multiple large-scale projects across diverse manufacturing sites.
  • Champion initiatives such as OT systems upgrades, cybersecurity enhancements, and Manufacturing 4.0 transformation.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
Your Profile:
  • You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in industrial, engineering, or chemical sciences, or a 5-year technical degree in a related discipline.
  • You have proven experience in OT portfolio management within manufacturing environments, with a strong track record of leading and implementing large infrastructure programs.
  • You have solid experience working in chemical manufacturing environments (such as chemical, oil & gas, textile, or pharmaceutical industries).
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • You have extensive experience managing complex, multi-site technology projects, ideally in a global context.
  • You demonstrate strong leadership, project, portfolio, and program management skills, with the ability to coordinate and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, and are adept at working with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • You are pragmatic, results-oriented, and familiar with the 80/20 approach to problem-solving.
