Job summary

Sword is seeking an experienced OT infrastructure engineer to design, build and maintain VMware environments and server platforms. You will support Windows and Linux-based systems, host industrial applications, and participate in testing, validation and go-live activities.

You will work with OT, cyber security, network and engineering teams to ensure high availability, disaster recovery and secure configurations across critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with VMware and server deployment.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux (RHEL) environments.
• Experience building, testing and sustaining OT/infrastructure platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and configure VMware environments.
• Build and configure physical and virtual servers.
• Support Windows and Linux infrastructure platforms.
• Host and deploy OT and industrial applications.
• Perform testing, validation and readiness activities before deployment.
• Support commissioning, go-live and upgrade activities.
• Implement disaster recovery solutions and infrastructure migrations.
• Create documentation including HLDs/LLDs and build guides.
• Collaborate with OT, cyber security, network and engineering teams.
