Job summary

Amentum in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced OT cyber security consultant to lead client engagements across IT/OT environments, initially focused on the Energy sector and critical infrastructure. You will define work scopes, deliver high-quality outputs, build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth with practical cyber risk guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cyber security consulting, security engineering or risk work with a focus on OT/critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of OT environments, resilience and availability considerations.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NCSC CAF, ISO 27001, NIST CSF and NIS Regulations.
• Awareness of OT/IT networks, architectures and security technologies.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and communicate clearly with clients.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver OT cyber security assignments, managing scope, outputs, timelines and client expectations.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a credible advisor on OT cyber security and resilience.
• Assess cyber risks across OT and IT environments and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Develop security requirements and architectures for complex OT systems and programmes.
• Support security reviews, risk assessments and assurance activities using relevant standards.
• Support accreditation, regulatory and compliance activities where required.
• Produce client-ready deliverables (assessments, reports, roadmaps, proposals).
• Contribute to account growth through technical input and relationship building.
• Collaborate across Amentum teams while working independently when needed.
