Responsibilities

  • Liaising and cooperating with other operational and Work Management teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Coordinating with team members and reporting on work quality or progress as needed.
  • Focusing on customer needs, balancing demands, and building relationships with multiple clients.
  • Managing own work and priorities based on wider business needs.
  • Adhering to all relevant Health and Safety processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Following all appropriate InfoSec policies and procedures.
  • Analyzing faults and recommending solutions to recurring maintenance problems to optimize process efficiency.
  • Operating independently within role constraints, seeking support from colleagues and managers as appropriate.

Job Purpose

The OT Field Technician will maintain the OT Asset base to agreed performance criteria, including Plant and process Monitoring, Control and Automation, Remote Telemetry Systems, and Electronic Security Systems.
