Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT/OT transformation programmes in regulated utilities or critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of UK NIS Regulations and CAF v4 in practice.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a blended portfolio of capital projects and cyber initiatives.
• Oversee site modernisations, PLC replacements and network segmentation.
• Drive compliance with NIS CAF v4 and DWI regulatory requirements.
• Manage programme budgets and funding controls.
• Coordinate IT, OT Engineering, Operations and field teams.
• Mitigate cyber, regulatory and operational risks across live environments.
• Strengthen business continuity and cyber governance.
• Maintain evidence repositories and regulatory reporting.
• Manage external assurance partners and vendors.
