Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector or this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, THIS is the role for you!

Our OSHClub Coordinator role is located at Wembley Primary School located in Wembley WA, this is a permanent parttime opportunity offering 34 hours per week including 4 non-contact administration hours. You will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday - Friday, 6:30 to 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30 to 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program).

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
  • Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
