We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Health Care Support workers for full-time posts within Dan y Bont, providing specialist care for people with learning disabilities. We are part of Swansea Bay University Health Board's Mental Health and Learning Disability Delivery Unit.
The successful candidate will work as part of a seven-day service, including weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
Dan y Bont offers a dynamic environment supporting adults with Learning Disabilities who may present challenging behaviours. Our approach is high-quality and person-centred, based on the Positive Behaviour Support model.
