Nuffield Health Shrewsbury Hospital is seeking a Theatre Scrub Nurse/SFA to join our busy theatre team. This permanent, full-time role includes weekend work and a varied caseload with state-of-the-art equipment.

You must be registered with NMC or HCPC, have post-registration experience, and bring excellent communication, flexibility and teamwork to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Join a multidisciplinary group where you will contribute to positive patient outcomes and professional

Shrewsbury Hospital | Theatre | Permanent | Full time | Includes weekend work | Up to £39,750 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

Shrewsbury hospital, ranked as 'Good' in the last CQC inspection, is purpose built and well equipped with 30 en‑suite bedrooms, 3 operating theatres, an endoscopy suite, an Ambulatory Care Unit, and a busy outpatients department which includes physiotherapy and diagnostic imaging. Our diagnostic provision includes X-ray, Ultrasound, MRI and CT facilities.

We offer the most up to date surgical treatments combined with a warm welcome and a professional and caring service from our matron‑led nursing team. We specialise in the areas of orthopaedics, ophthalmology, cosmetic surgery, and women's health, but also undertake general surgery, urology, and interventions for chronic pain management.
