Job summary

Medartis is seeking a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom to drive growth by blending medical expertise with exceptional customer service and hospital support.

You will provide clinical support in theatre environments, ensure stock availability, and deliver hands-on education and training through workshops and in-theatre sessions while collaborating with the Sales Team to implement the regional plan and build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education in life sciences, nursing, or a related field required.
• Experience working directly in hospital theatre environments highly desired.
• Previous background as an orthopaedic nurse, physiotherapist, or similar role is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of the orthopaedic industry and medical devices.
• Ability to communicate critical clinical information in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential clinical support to hospital staff in theatre environments, focusing on the KeriMedical portfolio (arthroplasty and osteosynthesis devices).
• Ensure timely and accurate stock support for internal and external customers.
• Deliver clinical education and training through workshops and in-theatre sessions.
• Partner with the Sales Team to deliver the regional business plan.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders in target hospitals.
• Provide prompt solutions to customer service issues and maintain on-call availability.
