Job summary

Arthrex GmbH is seeking a dedicated professional to support surgeons and theatre staff with expert training on our products. The role involves close collaboration with Territory Managers and Orthopaedic teams to ensure high standards of care and successful procedures.

You will train surgeons, back up during surgeries, and coordinate with CSSD while building strong relationships with hospital staff. A clinical/theatre background and medical sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in sports medicine or other relevant science degree e.g. human biology, biomedical science, physiotherapy etc.
• Experience in a clinical/theatre role, ideally focusing on Orthopaedics.
• Previous sales experience, preferably within a medical or health care setting.
• Ability to manage relationships with professionals and theatre staff.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this position will support Arthrex UK Ltd to provide Surgeons and Theatre staff with the best professional training and support for them to be able to use our products effectively.
• Duties include supporting Territory Managers and Extremities & Trauma Specialists in case cover and surgeon support.
• Training surgeons and backup during all surgery, liaising with CSSD, and conducting nurse training sessions for future cases.
• Manage expectations of all cases to ensure priority cases are covered.

Education

Degree in sports medicine or other relevant science degree e.g. human biology, biomedical science, physiotherapy etc

Experience in a clinical/theatre role, ideally focusing on Orthopaedics

Previous sales experience, preferably within a medical or health care setting
