An opportunity has arisen for an Operational Support Manager within the Orthopaedics Department of Surgery & Cancer ICSU. The role involves managing administrative functions to support high-quality patient care and assisting in the delivery of surgical services at Whittington Health NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support achievement of key KPIs for the service, including management of 18-week pathways, cancer, and diagnostic delivery across sub-specialties.
  2. Oversee daily operational management of site-specific outpatient, inpatient, and ward administration, including managing administrative staff.
  3. Enhance patient experience by responding to queries and complaints in person, via PALS or the complaints team, and investigating DATIX incidents.
