At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. We are looking for an Orthopaedic Robotics Field Sales Specialist to join our Robotics Sales team. This is a national role; living within easy access of London, East Anglia or Cambridgeshire is advantageous.

What you\'ll be doing

Partner with field sales and robotics sales leadership to support customers across the sales lifecycle, including implementation. Provide demonstrations and training on our robotics portfolio to drive utilization and account growth. Engage with customers to offer advice, guidance and product knowledge. Collaborate with marketing, medical education and sales leadership to drive revenue and relationships across the category.

What does success look like

Success is measured by revenue of the robotics portfolio. Build excellent relationships with customers (clinical and non-clinical). The role may involve hospital theatre environments in priority accounts and ongoing support for existing customers and new accounts.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a hospital theatre environment is essential.
  • Full training provided; previous robotics/enabling technologies in medical devices are preferred but not essential.
  • Consistent record of success in delivering for customers and patients.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
