An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Band 5 Orthopaedic Plaster Technician with a BOA Casting Certificate and excellent communication skills to join the Fracture Clinic team.

You will ensure patient privacy, dignity, and psychological well-being are maintained, with a focus on patient-centered care.
This is a 37.5-hour post based in the Fracture Clinic. Responsibilities include assessing individual patient care needs, developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans in line with policies and professional guidelines, and providing plastering services across various departments including orthopaedic wards, clinics, theatres, fracture clinics, and the Emergency Department.
