To provide the highest standard of holistic care for patients through the application and removal of casts / splints and bracing for emergency and elective patients.

Main duties of the job

To work in the plaster room for the removal and application of plaster cast, splints and braces, for emergency and elective patients.

Provide advice to patients and nursing staff regarding the care of plaster casts, splints.

Responsible for recording patient data and activity on the electronic patient record.
