Role Overview

Join Ramsay Health Care UK as an Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse/ODP supporting our Theatre department at New Hall Hospital. This role involves working 37.5 hours per week in a state-of-the-art environment, providing surgical scrub support in orthopaedics and spinal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical scrub support for orthopaedic procedures including hip and knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament surgeries.
• Assist with spinal surgeries (desirable).
• Work effectively within a team and independently.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications and Experience

• NMC/HCPC registration.
• Experience in orthopaedic surgical scrubbing.
• Surgical First Assist (SFA) qualification is desirable.
• Spinal scrub experience is desirable.
• Anaesthetic experience is advantageous.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and empathetic character.
