Key Duties
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care, uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and strong relationships with patients and team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practices & maintain patient records.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health.
- Diagnose and assess alignment problems, bite issues, and structural concerns in both adults and children.
- Provide orthodontic treatments such as fitting retainers, placing spacers, applying bands to teeth, fitting, adjusting, and monitoring braces and other orthodontic appliances.
- Monitor and track patient progress.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Willingness to relocate to Australia.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Unrestricted APHRA specialist registration.
- Current professional indemnity insurance (or ability to obtain).
- Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated visas (with support).
- Relevant specialist qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.
- Experienced periodontist with strong experience in periodontics.
- Commitment to high standards of patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and willingness to expand skills and take on new challenges.
