Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Orthodontic Therapist to assist us in fulfilling several NHS orthodontic contracts.

The role of an orthodontic therapist includes:

Fitting orthodontic appliances

Taking impressions/patient records

Placing brackets and bands on teeth

Giving advice on appliance care

Working under the prescription of a Specialists

The post holder will:

Ensure the best Orthodontic care is delivered to patients

Support and maintain high standards of patient care and infection control

Maintain regular, consistent and professional attitude & attendance, punctuality & personal appearance.

Maintain detailed & accurate digital & manual clinical records.

You will need:

GDC Registration

Orthodontic Therapy Qualification

Indemnity Insurance

You should also be able to work well in a team and have good organisational skills to manage the administrative aspects of the job.
