Job summary

Riverside Dental Ltd in Norwich is seeking a skilled Orthodontic Therapist to join our fully private, patient-centred practice. You will work closely with Dr Bim Sawhney and the clinical team to deliver high-quality orthodontic care, including Invisalign, in a modern digital setting.

This role offers a mixed clinical and administrative workload with the potential for some remote admin tasks in the future. We welcome 24–35 hours per week and may accommodate two therapists sharing two days each.

Qualifications

• Two years’ post-qualification experience is preferred.
• Experience in private, patient-focused orthodontics is desirable.
• Confident using digital tools and Invisalign workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality orthodontic treatment under the prescription of the lead clinician.
• Support predominantly adult orthodontic treatments, including Invisalign, fixed appliances and retainers.
• Assist in treatment planning and workflows for clear aligners and fixed appliances.
• Provide a relaxed, patient-centred experience in a fully private environment.
• Confident use of intra-oral scanners, clinical photography, and the Invisalign portal.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Uphold high standards of cross-infection control and clinical governance.
• Deliver excellent chairside communication, education, and reassurance.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.

About the Role

We are seeking a confident, skilled, and progressive Orthodontic Therapist who is passionate about transforming smiles, enhancing patient confidence, and raising the standard of orthodontic care.

You will work closely with Dr Bim Sawhney, Orthodontic & Clinical Lead (and IAS Clinical Mentor), alongside our wider clinical team, to deliver outstanding orthodontic care within a forward-thinking, fully private setting.

This role offers a mixed clinical and administrative workload, with the future opportunity for some administrative duties to be completed remotely.

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, you will have at least two years’ post-qualification experience and take genuine pride in delivering outstanding patient care. You will be clinically confident, digitally capable, and committed to maintaining exceptional standards.We are ideally seeking someone to join us for 24-35 hours per week and we are happy to consider 2 Orthodontic Therapists working 2 days each for this role.
