Job summary

Align Technology seeks an Associate Clinical Liaison to deliver clinical education and support to orthodontists and general dentists in the UK. You will provide unbiased medical information, train cross-functional teams, and help grow adoption of iTero and ClinCheck technologies.

Based in Birmingham, you will build relationships with universities and key opinion leaders, while traveling up to 40% to support customers and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry (DDS, DMD or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer relations in medical/dental areas.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education and support to orthodontists and dentists.
• Provide medical information about Align’s products to boost brand awareness.
• Train marketing and commercial teams with clinical knowledge.
• Drive adoption of Align’s Clinical Protocols and Digital Innovations.
• Support university programs and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Plan and execute clinical events and speaker engagements.
• Operate from the Birmingham office and travel as required.
