Job summary

Rock Dental Brands is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to support dentists in delivering high-quality patient care. You will prep operatory, assist during exams and procedures, and communicate treatment needs to patients and parents according to the treatment plan.

You'll maintain patient safety, document treatment in records, manage supplies, and support the team in a collaborative environment. CPR is required; orthodontic experience is a plus, and new grads are considered.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant experience, Orthodontic Assistant experience is a plus.
• CPR required.
• Preferred training from an Accredited Dental Assistant School; new graduates considered.
• 1+ years of Dental Assisting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist with patients to ensure high quality care.
• Prepare patient operatory and equipment; assist during examination and treatment.
• Communicate treatment needs to parent and patient per treatment plan clearly.
• Maintain comfort and safety of patients; provide clear documentation of treatment.
• Perform general housekeeping and restocking as needed.
