Are you experienced in Credit Risk support, enjoy working with highly technical Credit systems, display strong attention to detail and are motivated by tight deadlines? Join our team as an Origination Services Credit Proposal Associate and utilise your skills!

As an Origination Services Credit Proposal Senior Associate within the Traditional Credit Products Middle Office team, you will be part of a dynamic, deadline-managed environment. You will play a crucial role working closely with the Credit Risk and Front Office teams for loan transactions across our Business lines.

Job responsibilities

• Coordinate new business requests, resolve banker and Credit queries, and complete initial setups in credit systems.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on Legal Entity related queries and regulatory issues for EMEA Passported Entities, advising global teams on Legal Entity requirements.
• Manage workflow of credit-related tasks, queries, and requests, including extensive work in iCRD (JPM’s Credit Risk Exposure platform).
• Learn key Credit Policies and develop technical knowledge of iCRD, including participating in user testing of updates.
• Produce and monitor exception reports, add commentary, and resolve discrepancies.
• Compile weekly and monthly MIS reports, analyze data trends, and present findings to management.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting Key Performance Indicators.
• Participate in process improvements and organizational initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• High numeracy skills and aptitude for analytical problem-solving; attention to detail is paramount.
• Technical experience with iCRD or similar Credit Systems, Excel, PowerPoint/PitchPro, Tableau, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Initiative to raise issues with management and partners when needed.
• Good interpersonal skills; professional interaction with deal teams and Credit Risk.
• Strategic and tactical thinking for process improvements, adaptable to new regulations and priorities.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Good verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team, flexible, and open to new challenges in a fast-changing environment.
