Overview

Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Training Lead Principal - Business Consulting

Infosys Public Services is seeking a Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Training Lead to join our team.

Domain: Consulting. Industry: Public sector / tollways and transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement an Organizational Change Management strategy aligned with project objectives.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering all aspects of the system, including operations, financial reconciliation, audit, and maintenance.
  • Create training curricula, instructor guides, and user materials tailored to diverse audiences (e.g., operational staff and management).
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Develop job aids, quick reference guides, and e-learning modules to support ongoing learning.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure training materials reflect the latest system functionality and business processes.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
  • Manage change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations to ensure smooth adoption.
Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience in the public sector creating organizational change management programs or training programs and curricula on enterprise system solutions.
  • 3 years of experience in a role similar to the one proposed for this project (e.g., OCM Lead, Training Lead, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in tollway, transportation, or comparable industries with a strong customer and systems focus.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training for complex systems involving multiple functional areas.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning authoring tools, virtual training technologies).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading OCM and training initiatives within public sector environments.
  • Strong understanding of government operations, compliance, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) and training methodologies.
Educational Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or MBA, or foreign equivalent, is required from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master’s degree program are strongly preferred.

The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
