Senior Leadership role (Organizational Change Management) - Workforce Transformation (WX) Practice

About Your Role

1. Lead and manage the Change Management efforts for large complex transformation programmes/projects, and provide programme delivery leadership at a senior level.
2. Continuously strengthen and develop the OCM community (market positioning, service development, project and team management, positioning of best practices and innovative topics).
3. Responsible for WX business development and pre-sales activities, including the creation of proposals, preparation and facilitation of sales presentations and contract negotiations, with a first-rate client network.
4. Lead, build, and drive go-to-market strategies by anticipating market needs and leading the development of new firm-wide solutions.
5. Design, develop, and sustain WX service offerings for change management strategies and plans to help support clients' change programmes.
6. Build and manage sustainable client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on C-level; identify and convert sales opportunities.
7. Play an advisory role to client leaders in the HLS sector.
8. Responsible for quality and profitability on engagements.
9. Lead and mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice.
10. Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property, and new tool development.

Requirements

We are looking for Change Management professionals with previous consulting experience at a senior level and a strong background in delivering change in the Health and Life Sciences (HLS) vertical sector.

1. Business transformation and change management experience, ideally in a top-tier consultancy.
2. Proven track record of successful business development across all aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline management and RFP/proposal creation.
3. Experience in Digital Transformation, Agile, and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programmes.
4. Outstanding communication, presentation, client service, and networking skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across all aspects of client engagements.
5. Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
6. Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency). Willingness to travel.
