A progressive housing association in the UK is looking for an Organisational Development & Human Resources Manager. The role focuses on leading transformational change activities and managing HR functions across the group. Candidates should have significant experience in HR, change management, and possess a related degree along with CIPD membership. The position offers a hybrid working model and a comprehensive benefits package including 37 days annual leave and a pension scheme.

Working Pattern: 35hrsper week Monday to Friday – Permanent
Location:Hybrid working, can be based in any of our offices across Argyll & Bute (including Helensburgh, Dunoon, Oban, Lochgilphead, Bute, Campbeltown and Islay)
To support our ambitious and exciting transformational change activities, Argyll Community Housing Association is seeking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated individual, experienced in change management and all aspects of HR and employee relations. The OD & HR Manager will lead the Group’s Organisational Development, Human Resources, Payroll and Training Services, ensuring that statutory and regulatory requirements are met, and by providing a high quality people service to all departments, managers and employees of the ACHA group.
The role will primarily involve driving forward the group transformation strategy, to enable structural, behavioural and cultural change across the ACHA group, including ourrepairs and maintenance subsidiary company. This will be achieved through supporting senior management and colleagues in promoting and implementing effective people strategies, and developing and maintaining positive working relationships across the group to deliver a programme of organisational development and continual improvement.
You should be a great communicator, with strong relationship building skills and experience in negotiation and mediation, with experience in providing professional advice and solutions on a wide range of organisational development and human resource matters. You also need to be educated to degree level in a related discipline, and have professional membership of the CIPD. It is envisaged that due to the current transformation programme being undertaken, this postholder will need to be available to travel to some of our office locations as part of their hybrid role.If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
