A local government authority in Walsall is offering a fixed-term position as an Organisational Development Assistant Trainee. The role requires good communication and computer skills, with an emphasis on providing support for training sessions. Organisational Development (OD) Assistant Trainee - Ref: RT03525
18.5 hours per week - fixed term for 12 months.
Training allowance of approx. £12,206 per annum / £12.65 per hour (based on a full-time allowance of £24,413 per annum).
Understanding of computer packages (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), good communication skills and knowledge of what good customer service looks and feels like.
