As an Organisational Design Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how work gets done across MAG, helping us design organisational structures, operating models and ways of working that enable our strategy.
Working across a range of business areas and transformation programmes, you’ll lead and deliver organisation design activity - translating design principles into practical, evidence‑led solutions that improve clarity, decision‑making, efficiency and performance.
You’ll partner closely with senior leaders, People Partners and transformation teams to diagnose organisational challenges, design future‑state models, and support high‑quality, sustainable decision‑making aligned to MAG’s operating model.
Your responsibilities will include:
You’ll bring strong experience in organisation design or organisational effectiveness, with the ability to turn strategy into practical organisational solutions. You’ll be comfortable working in complex, fast‑moving environments and influencing stakeholders through insight and expertise rather than authority.
