A leading insurance provider is seeking an Organisational Design Lead to enhance workforce efficiency and implement strategic initiatives. This role involves planning, redesigning structures, and leading Agile squads in a hybrid work setting. Candidates should have proven experience in organisational design and strong analytical skills. Join our People and Culture Team as an Organisational Design Lead. Working closely with the Head of Workforce Productivity and Change, you'll play a key role in evolving our approach to organisational design to drive efficiency, productivity, and alignment with our business goals. You'll lead the application of organisational design methodologies, including strategic workforce planning, and consultancy while championing systems thinking, continuous improvement, and Agile practices. You will also play a key role in implementing Group People & Culture initiatives to build a more effective and future-ready organisation.
This is a hybrid role based in any of our UK offices, with the expectation to be on-site one day per week.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £65,500 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
