About the Organization

We design, build, manage, and modernize mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. We are continuously moving forward—striving to build a more equitable and inclusive world for our employees, customers, and communities.

The Role

Are you a visionary thinker with a passion for driving organizational change and innovation? Are you fascinated by the inner workings of businesses and eager to help clients navigate complex challenges? We are offering a unique opportunity as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead Consultant.

In this role, you will lead dynamic consulting projects that support strategic tech transformations across services in areas such as Applications (e.g., ERP), Data, AI, Cloud, IT Managed Services, Security, Digital Workplace, and more. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of OCM solutions, reporting to the UK&I OCM Director and other stakeholders.

You will also contribute to business growth through active involvement in early-stage client conversations and business development activities. This entrepreneurial aspect of the role will require you to apply your OCM expertise in a pre-sales context.

It’s an exciting time to join this growing OCM team, which is expanding services and collaborating with a global network of OCM professionals. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of the practice, bringing your knowledge, skills, and energy to the team.

Our consultants thrive on innovation. If you’re a problem-solver, an innovative thinker, and a self-starter who enjoys high-impact assignments aligning technology with business outcomes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate complex organizational structures to deliver effective OCM solutions.
  • Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.
  • Assist the UK&I OCM Director in expanding and developing the OCM practice.
  • Design and tailor Change & Adoption strategies to meet unique client needs.
  • Comply with project governance and reporting standards.
  • Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives, overseeing teams to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Mentor and coach team members for high-quality delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement of methodologies and tools.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in OCM, ideally in consulting within technology-related change initiatives.
  • Expertise across key OCM areas: Change Management, Communications, Learning, and Change Leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to produce impactful content.
  • Experience fostering client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and change frameworks.
  • Experience with Target Operating Model transitions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute core change deliverables, such as:
  • Stakeholder Analysis
  • Communications strategy and campaigns
  • Change Impacts and Change Network Management
  • Training Programs
  • Change Measurement
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG).

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in pre-sales consulting, including RFP and business development work.
  • Master’s degree in OCM or related field.
  • Experience with IT managed and infrastructure services.
  • Knowledge of digital communication and training tools.
