Organisation Effectiveness Manager

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an Organisation Effectiveness Manager.

Key Requirements:

  1. Will work as a Project Manager in the Transformation Management Office (TMO).
  2. This role is a key player in managing and driving transformation and improvement projects.
  3. A new programme has just been added to our portfolio focused on the strategic delivery of the clinical operations functions to align with 2030 Bold Ambition.
  4. This role will be focused on a current state assessment of functions operations today, and to support assessing the themes and opportunities to prepare for organisational effectiveness now and through to 2030.

Key Experience:

  1. Expertise in programme/project management, with a proven track record.
  2. Proven experience in strategy development and implementation.
  3. Proven experience in organisational effectiveness.
  4. Data analysis skill set with ability to assess complex current state data to prepare for future state transformation.
  5. Strong communication and relationship building skills with executive leadership, with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives.
  6. Experience of defining the business strategies and influencing the key stakeholders of the vision for the business area.
  7. Strong networking/consulting skills with good internal/external links.
  8. Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and in alignment with the business.
  9. Proven track record in delivering high risk programme/projects and decision making.
  10. Ability to convince and manage negotiations across a complex group.
  11. Degree in business or scientific field (or Project Management/change management/HR related field).

Desirable Skills:

  1. Strong experience in transformation type projects with a deep understanding and practical application of design thinking principles and methodologies to drive innovation, user-centric solutions, and customer experience enhancements.
  2. Experience in transformation/change to the R&D clinical development value chain.
  3. Robust understanding of processes with a significant emphasis on R&D.
  4. Formal qualifications in project management, change management, and/or process improvement methodologies.
  5. Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context.
  6. Pharmaceutical Industry experience.
