Job Summary
The Organisation Development and Design (OD&D) Officer role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Organisation Development & Design Team. The team is supportive and welcoming and, you will join colleagues who are experts in Organisation Design, Organisation Development, Learning & Development, Leadership & Management and Talent.
The team supports the organisation by providing OD&D consultancy services and is home to centres of excellence in organisational capability, leadership & management, talent, performance development and career development and professions.
You will work with OD&D Leads in supporting Organisation Design Projects by gathering key data and insights, engaging with stakeholders and maintain project plans. This role also provides a fantastic opportunity to help the shape the future of HSE and how we work and to also develop an expertise in Organisation Development & Design.

Essential Skills
- Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities whilst maintaining quality.
- Experience of working in a changing and fast paced project or programme environment.
- Good analytical skills. with the ability to articulate and present organisational data for a wide range of audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with particular expertise in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to build trusted relationships, engage confidently and work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders and colleagues in successfully delivering people focussed change initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and provide recommendations.
- Self- motivated, ability to work at pace and under pressure, whilst maintaining performance.
Qualifications
CIPD level 3 Qualified, or willing to work towards Associate Level qualification.
